Our Standard 5-Step Process
1. Property Assessment
Once an initial quotation has been created, we will visit the site to further customize the device list and their count. Coordination is very important to us as it is the key to a smooth Smart Home integration.
2. Installation
Once the site is ready based on our site assessments, we will be sending our skilled team of workers to install the devices.
3. Configuration
Configuration will be done once there is full wifi coverage on the property. The configuration team will allow the property owners to have access to their smart home devices from their mobile phones or tablets.
4. Product-training
Once all the devices have been configured onto the property owner’s mobile devices, we will conduct a full walk-through of the apps and the devices’ products and features.
5. After-sales Support
Our services do not stop after the turnover of the home! If there are any questions or concerns about the installed devices, we are always happy to help and visit the property if needed.
